ACT 00BOOT SEQUENCE

Seed round · $5M at $30M

Account management for businesses running on Telegram

Buy accounts, delegate them to employees, control access, keep every conversation.

When someone leaves, the deals, the clients and the chat history stay with the company. The account was never theirs.

ACT 01The pain

An employee resigns, and the company loses the account.

Work accounts are registered to individuals. When someone leaves, the deals, the clients and everything agreed in those chats leave with them, and there is no account management built for the person who owns the company.

  • Accounts belong to people, not to the company
  • Clients and deal history leave when the employee does
  • Handover is a screenshot and a briefing
  • Nothing to search, audit, or give the next person

And it compounds

Business moved into a messenger that has no company layer. Every year more of the customer relationship sits somewhere the company cannot read.

02What you get

Own the account, delegate the work, keep the record

Six things a business owner can do with the accounts their company runs on.

  1. Create your organization

Your team, your roles, your accounts. Everything below hangs off it.

  2. Own the accounts

Rent business accounts from us, or bring the ones your company already runs. Either way the company holds them, not the employee.

  3. Delegate to employees

They accept through a single-use link and work the account from their own phone. No password of ours ever reaches them.

  4. Get AI insights

Response times, threads nobody answered, warm leads, and plain answers about what was agreed. Every answer links the messages it came from.

  5. Keep the record

Every conversation, edit and contact is stored on your side. A message deleted in Telegram stays in your archive, marked. What your business knows becomes what your business owns.

  6. Take access back

One action removes the grant and terminates the employee's device session. The clients, the deals and the history do not move.

We guarantee the archive, the clients and the graph survive offboarding. Keeping the account itself is best effort: whoever holds the phone number can contest it.

Two ways in

Both kinds of account become yours to manage

An account is managed once it is connected to the business, whichever way it got there.

  • Connect a personal account

    Free to connect

An employee connects the Telegram account they already use for work. Consent is recorded first. They choose which chats are shared, and collection starts only after that.

    • Consent is recorded before anything is collected
    • The employee picks the chats in scope
    • Shared business conversations become the company's
  • Rent a business account

    From $10 / month

We provide a working Telegram business account with its number. The company owns it from the first minute and delegates it to whoever holds the role.

    • Company-owned from day one
    • Hand it to a successor without touching the number
    • No personal account involved at all

02Agents

A managed account can be worked by a person or by an agent

Once the company holds the account and the archive, the same seat can be handed to software. That is the part of this that only works if the account layer exists first.

  • Attach an agent like you attach a person

The same account, the same scoped access, the same audit trail. A grant to an agent is a grant, revocable the way any other is.

  • Automate the work that happens in the chat

Answer routine questions, draft replies from the archive, chase a thread nobody answered, write the outcome back to the systems the company already runs.

  • Bring your own agent over MCP

If a company already runs Claude, GPT or something of its own, MCP gives it scoped read access to the archive rather than asking it to move.

  • Capability is configured, never ambient

An agent gets the tools the organization put on that account and nothing else. Every call is audited with its arguments and its outcome.

Three levels, and the customer picks

  • CollectAttached and reading nothing. Attached and acting are different facts.
  • AnalyseReads the archive, answers, drafts. Cannot send.
  • ActUses the configured tools, on company-owned accounts only.
The agent surface and MCP are the next iteration, not the first release.

03Go-to-market

We already own the channel we have to sell through

Our own Telegram client already has the audience, and the audience is the customer: power users running work accounts.

00 · Install growth / 2020-2026

The audience is already ours

Nicegram is an independent Telegram client with 56M+ organic installs, 3M monthly actives in the app and 10M on the web. Six years in market. Nicegram Business is the B2B layer built on that audience, not a dashboard bolted on from outside.

Installs and actives describe the consumer Nicegram client, not this product. Endpoints are the company's own figures. The curve between them is indicative.

What we have already spent and learned

Ten years of user acquisition between us. On Nicegram we ran $170K through paid experiments and got cost per install down to $0.13, while the bulk of growth stayed organic and free.

iOS$0.74$0.13
Android$0.04$0.03

  • Our own client

3M monthly actives already inside Telegram, many of them running work accounts. It is the warmest channel in this category and nobody else has it.

  • In-house performance

Marketing, creative production and paid acquisition are all in-house. It is the same team that took Nicegram to 56M installs without paid acquisition.

  • SEO

Search is the main web channel on both Nicegram and eSIM Plus. This is a web product, so search is a first-class bet rather than an afterthought.

  • Product-led referral

Referral is built into the product. One person connects and brings the team they work with. The free personal tier is the top of that funnel.

  • UGC and content

A content operation for UGC, plus paid creator collaborations aimed at the segments that live in Telegram.

  • Educational media

YouTube, TikTok and Instagram: how to manage Telegram access, how to attach an agent, what the product actually solves. Teaching is onboarding.

  • Partnerships

Cross-marketing with the niche tools our buyers already pay for, plus PR and brand coverage in their communities.

  • Named outbound

The beachhead is countable. OTC desks, trading teams and agencies are reachable inside Telegram itself, which is not true of enterprise.

03Market

A billion users, and no business client

WhatsApp proved a share of a messenger's users will adopt a business client. Telegram has no equivalent, so that share is the opening.

  • TAM1Bmonthly actives on TelegramThe whole platform.
  • SAM67Mreachable business usersTelegram's base at the WhatsApp business-adoption ratio of 6.7%.

What 1% of that is worth

Target, not a forecast

One percent of 67M is 670,000 managed accounts. On the $10 to $50 ladder, that is $6.7M to $33M in monthly recurring revenue.

02Why we win

No incumbent, and a moat made of refusals

Nobody owns the Telegram account as a company asset. And what we refuse to build is what makes this safe to buy.

DimensionSession managersTelegram CRMsGeneral CRMNicegram Business
Account as a company assetnononoyes
Record survives the personnopartialnoyes
Delegation and handovernononoyes
AI insights from conversationsnopartialnoyes
Consent and data rightsnonoyesyes

A category comparison, not a feature audit of named products.

Session managers solve scale, not ownership or handover. Telegram CRM tools bolt a pipeline onto chats without touching the account. General CRMs own the pipeline and ignore the account entirely.

What we refuse to build

What we commit to

  • Company-owned accounts, with ownership affirmed and recorded
  • Employee consent recorded before anything is collected
  • A standing screen showing the employee what is collected
  • A signed data-processing agreement before the first pilot

What we will not do

  • No automated appraisal of people. The model refuses
  • No enrichment of counterparties from outside sources
  • No covert collection. Pausing or resuming is disclosed
  • No gray-market session resale or spam automation

A managed-account product, not monitoring software. In a procurement review, refusing to score people beats any feature we could offer instead.

03Business model

We charge per account, not per person

An account is managed once it is connected to the business. Ten people reading one archive cost what one person costs: people are not the billable unit, accounts are.

Free

$0personal accounts only

See your own archive before you ask anyone else to connect.

Right for a founder or an ops lead trying it on one account.

  • Connect an account you already use
  • The last 30 days of it, searchable
  • Small storage, no AI
  • Managed

    $10per account / month

The record stops belonging to the person and starts belonging to you.

    • Every conversation, contact and edit stored on your side
    • It survives the employee leaving
    • Response times and threads nobody answered
    • On a rented account, the rental is included

Teams putting two to ten accounts under company control, where the handover is the problem.

The entry point for a business account.

  • + AI

    $25per account / month

The archive starts answering questions instead of just holding them.

    • Ask what was agreed and get the messages back
    • Drafted replies, warm leads, threads going cold
    • A year of history instead of ninety days

Sales, BD and OTC desks where a cold thread costs real money.

AI is an upgrade, not an inclusion.

  • Scale

    $50per account / month

Full history across as many accounts as you actually run.

    • Every account's history, all of it
    • The largest limits on the ladder
    • Export the whole archive whenever you want it

Agencies and community operations where offboarding happens monthly.

Anything past the tier is pay-as-you-go.

  • Billable unitManaged accountRented or connected. Each counts once, however many people read it.
  • Past the tierPay-as-you-goStorage, message volume and history depth meter separately, each with its own margin.
  • Designed margin40 / 30 / 20%It narrows as the tier rises, so the expensive tiers carry their own cost.
Unit costs are planning figures pending the first pilots. Overage prices are deliberately unset rather than improvised.

Sold on top

Each of these attaches to an account a company already pays for, which is the cheapest revenue there is.

  • Dedicated proxy

A geo-matched connection per business account. Customers on their own infrastructure bring one today; running the pool ourselves turns that into a line item.

  • Team VPN

The same egress the accounts run through, extended to the people who work them. One vendor for the whole team's connection.

  • Automation and AI tools

Agents attached per account, custom tools a customer wraps around its own systems, and the workflows built on top of both.

Pricing for these is not set. They are named here as the expansion path, not as a quote.

03Team

The team that built Nicegram

Appvillis has launched 14+ apps. Nicegram is one of them, and it is why this product starts with an audience instead of looking for one.

  • Andrey Shimanovich

    CEO, co-founder

Twelve years building IT companies, two of them taken to a successful exit. He has run international teams and knows the operating side of selling across borders, which is where this product's buyer sits. Queen Mary University of London and Stanford.

    • Queen Mary University of London, Stanford
  • Sergey Sheleg
